The finest produce of the state of Salzburg awaits you on Salzburg's doorstep in our Restaurant Jagdhof. We serve you Austrian specialties, fresh game and whole smoked trout and char from the hotel's own castle fishery in a cosy atmosphere. Sit back and enjoy the familial atmosphere, cheerful service or, when the weather is nice, the sky blue view from the sun terrace. Of course, the Schloss Fuschl's restaurants are also available to all of our guests. Every Sunday morning an ample family buffet awaits you.
